- Using Arabic Pop, Fusion and World Music with a strong beat, BellyDRILLS (c) is a Low-Impact, High-Energy class which keeps the pulse-rate up for cardio fitness and works to tone and mobilise the entire body, from feet to hands and hips to belly.
- With stretching at the end and constant attention to posture, students can feel that they receive a great workout whilst learning about the essentials of Modern Bellydance movement.
- This class is a dance-based workout, so students will not learn to 'dance' per se, but it is a good starting point for those who wish to find out about the basics before trying traditional classes
- BellyDRILLS(c) is a fun and unique way to improve fitness, muscle tone and posture.
- Existing students of Bellydance will benefit from the increased fitness and drilling the basic movements for muscle memory.
