Fitness Classes
Combining techniques from Bellydance with Yoga stretches and Circus fitness, our fun and unique exercise classes will enable women of all ages to relieve stress and feel healthy, toned and confident.
These classes are usually run weekly and are designed as a way to improve fitness and flexibility, using the basics of Bellydance as a core. They are suitable for complete beginners to Bellydance but as such will not teach you to dance, although BELLYdrills(c) can be a good way to try out techniques
before moving on to traditional classes. Existing dancers should view them as a training tool to develop fitness and muscle control for the dance.
